The former Mill Hill Residence (now Fadhili Center) is officially and legally the property of the Society of Jesus. The Title Deed was released on 25 March 2026, securing an important foundation for HUC’s mission, stability, and future growth. The property is now legally and definitively owned by the Society of Jesus for the next 99 years. Those who will be alive in the Year 2125 will have to renew the lease!
Apart from receiving the title deed, the college also received accrued interest on the funds it had previously advanced for the payment of the former Mill Hill Residence. A total of KShs 5,172,422 was remitted back to Hekima College through NCBA Bank. This recovery further strengthens the institution’s financial position and reflects prudent stewardship of Hekima’s resources.
