New Staff Members


As HUC grows, the college welcomed three new staff members at the beginning of semester II of the academic year 2024-2025. Among the new members is Rev. Fr. Sebastine Adigwe, SJ, who joins the HUC faculty. Fr. Sebastine specializes in Liturgy and is from the Jesuits’ Africa North West Province. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience from which the HUC students will be privileged to draw. Rev. Dr. Gaspar Sunhwa, who returned from a sabbatical, joins the faculty.

Ms Caroline Nduta Kamau has joined the HUC Community as an Intern for Procurement. She holds a BSc degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Multimedia University. Ms. Caroline is not entirely new to HUC, as she has previously worked temporarily in the Accounts Office, mainly assisting in updating the HUC Asset Registry. She previously interned at KPLC and Thika Water and Sewerage Company in the field of Procurement. She is passionate about her work and enthusiastic about learning from and contributing to the HUC Community.

Mr. Juma Alex Babu joined the HUC community as the new ICT personnel and works with Mr. Abel Kuria in ICT. Alex is an information technologist, having graduated from Great Lakes University of Kisumu with a BSc. Information Technology. He is certified in IT Support, UI/UX Design, and Project Management. Alex brings over four years of industry experience after serving at AT-Tanzeel Integrated Academy, ICT-Authority, Vuna Technologies, & Tekhub Technologies. Hekima is looking forward to Alex’s significant contribution to the entire HUC community, particularly in advancing the future of ICT for better learning and teaching experiences.
